Dont stay here if you are a family
My family and I spend 7 days at the beautiful Belo hotel, but the totally misplaced instant loud music, ruined every relaxing vacation vibe the surroundings deserve.
When relaxing in the pool area you were forced to listen to 3-4 different playlist simultaneous - is was more stressful than relaxing. We ended up going to other surrounding beaches or hotels just to get some rest.
Behind every sunbed in the pool-area a speaker is installed. From morning to evening it’s playing loud music which makes it difficult to read a book, and impossible to take a nap.
Additionally the pool-restaurant had another loud playlist going on. And finally the rooftop-bar was playing even louder music. It seemed ridiculous!!
The roof top bar is also installed with two 15m2 billboards, which constantly lighted up our room. All this “party-party” even though the bar almost always seemed completely empty? Again ridiculous.
Occasionally, when asked, the music in the pool-area was turned down to a decent level but only for a while..
The Icebar-neighbor is also playing really loud music and it seems they are competing in playing the loudest??!
The staff and managers was understanding to our frustrations but neither it helped.
If I am planning for an awesome pool party I would recommend Belo hotel, just remember to bring the people. For a vacation I would never come back - which is sad.
