Booked Chelsea as it was the closest to Toronto General Hospital where we had 4 hours of tests. The hotel is aging, cleanliness needs attention (in the room, in the public areas, in the pool, corridors, etc). Need more than 3 pillows, as they were quite flat. Was going to have the breakfast buffet however no tables available as they were dirty- need someone other than 1 person to help clean them. We then opted to get something at the Express. Not fast, and the server needed help. She couldn't take orders, make them and clean the seating area. A Manager came to help for a few minutes but then disappeared. Check in was the best experience. Very helpful, friendly and explained everything. Housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we saw them. Staff in the public areas, average. Parking is confusing but once we got in, it was very convenient. Appreciated the adult pool/fitness area.
