We love coming here in the winter because of the indoor pool. My onky complaint is the pool could be a little warmer. The hotel is great for families. Its clean, the staff is very responsive and accommodating.

It was lovely, the gentleman who checked us in was super funny and nice. The walking distance to the Tahoe Blue Events Center was quick and easy. I wish I got to enjoy everything this building brought like the escape room and such. The hotel room and floor did have a distinct cigarette smell but that didn't bother me because I smoke as well.

Convenient ski stay
It's a convenient location and for the price it works especially during ski season. It's not the cleanest and quite run down. The staff is mixed bag but you're not really there for that if you go for ski. It's a short walk to Heavenly village but it is the one of farthest. They've got a decent sized indoor pool for family fun. A small arcade and a couple entertainment options.

It was a nice adventure for my birthday to Lake Tahoe to see the lake again and snow as well heading there and back home. We loved the nature setting for the pool and hot tub area. A little surprised the elevator wasn't working.

Family trip after a year. We love this hotel the rooms were bigger than others hotels i stayed before.the pool excellent my two little boys enjoyed. But the most place we loved is the restaurant we have our breakfast at there the personal stuff were so friendly. They really know how customers service work.! Food were delicious too. Overall i give to this hotel 💯. Not too crowded. You can relax specially when you travel with little ones.

Sub Par
The rooms were subpar. First of all, no room service. Next, rooms need new furniture. The bed pillows were too soft and gave me a neck ache. The bathroom, although large, needs a heat lamp. The towels were like sandpaper. However, the service was good. When I needed something, the staff was there within 5 minutes. I stayed at the Atlantis on the way home. Now that is a top-notch hotel.

Had previously stayed here under the former Mount Blue name. New Bally's ownership had great costumer service. Everyone was quick and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are quite too. You could barely hear the other guests. Also pet friendly. That's always a plus for us when traveling.
