Choose a different place to stay!
Terrible experience. I called 4 days before to ask for a specific room that we stayed in previously and was told it would be reserved for us. I got a call the morning of check in that they had to move us due to the building being out of service for last two weeks! I asked to cancel and was told I would still be charged. They apologized and told me I would be getting a better more private room. NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL not to mention the tub being dirty and not able to hold water, very noisy location overlooking freeway and parking lot. Neighbors were loud and at least a family of six which is more than allowed in the rooms. One of their kids was able to open the adjoining door at 5 am due to broken lock. Luckily I had the lock latch on so my door was only able to open about 3 inches......but enough for the kid to see in and yell " dad, their is someone sleeping in the bed!" We have stayed here before w/o only minor issues but this stay was terrible. Especially for it being as expensive as it is. I reported all issues to front desk and was told I could not even get a break on the bill because I booked through hotels.com! No compensation offered by resort.
