I will say that the bad was clean and the shower was hot, was quiet, those are most important. The room had no carpet- just a vinyl floor. Had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave. The outlet next to the sink kept "losing" my plugin for my flat iron, so I had to hold the plug into the outlet, let the flatiron heat up,let go of the plug, use it for a few minutes, then start the process over again. The towel that is used as a floor mat had a hole and a stain. The bathroom was very small, if you were sitting on toilet you could not open the door. (Yes, I know- who opens the door while using the toilet? That was just to tell you how small bathroom was) Went to the front desk and asked for another pillow. The manager was on her personal phone, told us "No pillows!" We asked her where ice machine was, and she pointed down the hall.
The stairs were filthy, no idea how long it's been since they have been vacuumed. The security chain to lock the door was broken. On a one night trip, we never pack shampoo/conditioner. Was only provided a 1/2 full bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. We have no idea what was for breakfast, we didn't want to find out. We went to I-Hop down the road. We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This one was by far the worst!
