Below Radisson Quality

The property is dated, pictures of famous guests that have stayed there have been dead some 10-15 years. Spill stains on room carpet, Kleenex stuffed into bathroom floor (we were in room #218) corner, no sanitary tape on toilet. Was it cleaned??? Convenient to shopping (Birch Run) and Frankenmuth, pleasant staff, great breakfast service. Air conditioning worked fsirly well.

Try vacuuming

Didn’t have the room we reserved, to “compensate” us for their failure, they put us in a tiny dirty room with Thorne curtains, messaged up carpet, stained mattress, barely functional windows, no toiletries, hallways and stairs ways had trash all over the ground, it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks.

Close to Frankenmuth and Outlets

Outside area was nice and maintained. Inside was being worked on and smelled old and musty. The room was ok but had sticky stain in front of fridge on the carpet. Toilet tank issues were given to front desk. Maintenance tried to fix but still issue. Room door had weather strip missing and could see big gap in the door. Little things wrong that needs fixing. Overall, once repairs and remodeling are done would be nice place to stay.

Frankenmuth trip

The hotel is under renovation, after making the reservation the manager called the next day and informed me of the renovation and said the pool and hot tub was closed, this was fine with us. The room was ok except that they gave us a room with a jetted tub that was damaged and had duct tape in it. Also the curtains were ripped and the black out curtains were damaged also. On the plus side the breakfast was really nice wanted more coffee but the pot was empty and the person taking care of it was down the hall talking with the person on the front desk.

We checked in around 6 pm 7/14/2025. One hour later staff was pounding on our door saying we. Needed to get out because someone just checked out of our room? Me and my husband were confused and went to the front desk and staff apologized. Then, We wanted to go swimming but the pool was drained and under construction and we were told that before our reservation.that’s the whole reason that we decided to stay here in the first place.Lastly we were woken up at 7am by people doing construction on the floor above our room. Definitely an annoying stay!!!
