Classic old hotel in a terrific location. Sure, it's a little creaky, maybe a little leaky, but age has that effect on all of us. I walked up and down Howell St. and Crystal Terrace to visit the restaurants on Spring St., which is a great way to see the neighborhood and to work off the calories. And I always appreciated the resident feline management team that would greet me on my return. I paid a premium for a room with a balcony, and I don't regret it.

Nice weekend and enjoyed the haunting atmosphere.
I was here for my cousins wedding and had a great time! If you love or enjoy haunted places and want to have a fun time also this is a must! The ghost tour was spectacular as well! If you sleep with a certain type of pillow to help your neck I recommend taking it but otherwise the bed was totally good. Super awesome how they have beeen able to keep such an old building renovated and running. Takes work and they put in the grind. The staff is spectacular and will take very good care of you! Loved our stay!

It is a historic property on a nice site overlooking the town of Eureka Springs. But rooms are dated, very small bathrooms, noisy , poor dining and staff which is lacking hospitality. The place is famous for being haunted which may account for gloomy staff. Dining room open for breakfast only and opens late at 8am. No coffee service in smallish lobby.

Very historic hotel, which is beautiful and fun to see. The hotel is on a mountain top and has great vistas. But the hotel is showing its age and is not well maintained. Our room was large and interesting Victorian room. The bed, linens, and pillows were nice. But the carpet was old and the bathroom was not great. Breakfast buffet was good. Eureka Springs is fabulous. The price was reasonable, so I still recommend it, but just be aware of it’s limitations.

I have stayed at the Crescent numerous times over the years, including holidays. The staff is always helpful and efficient. The facility, although old is well-maintained and kept clean. The rooms are nice and updated yet maintain the Victorian charm. Our room was spacious and although we had a smidge issue getting the AC to stay on once we got it figured out it worked great! Room was very quiet.
