The room we got checked into was next to the elevator on the 2nd floor and I had checked in earlier through the Hilton app. The room was not fully cleaned yet it seems like as there were crumbs on the couch, remote was on the floor, and a Hilton paperbag was on the floor as well. The blinds are black out however, you can hear everyone outside your door & even upstairs with the footsteps.
I asked for a physical room key from the front desk which by the way were busy talking to each other & it felt like I was interrupting their conversation. The elevator should be updated as it also seemed like it was almost going to break down & some buttons did not work.
I give this place a 3 star & honestly, that’s a bit generous. The parking was free which was a plus, but the cleanliness, hospitality, and also the hotel as a whole, is only 2 stars. Will most likely not stay here again.
