The customer service was less than acceptable. The young man at the desk. Derrick was very nice. A little confused gave us a room went to the room. The room was showing down for maintenance because the bathtub would not drain the maintenance and the manager was on the floor and a housekeeper when we went to checking in they could not determine what we were supposed to be in. Derrick told them 242. He wrote 240 on our keys. It took us a little while to get in our room once we were in our room the TV did not work The TV cut on at 4 o’clock this morning blasting I could not turn it off. Call the front desk. They had no maintenance to come fix the television when they were supposed to come fix it earlier that day. The lady told me she would give me a discount for the TV for the inconvenience. I am fighting with you and the hotel Steele Four hours later just trying to get whatever discount she promised me that I did not ask for I did not have a good day. I am a Hilton member and I will never stay at this property again and I probably won’t use you again. At this point, I would like a full refund.
