Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel

Amazing team, very nice place, very beautiful beach and swimming pool. Lot of activities for kids (in a separate area) our baby girl (2 years) really enjoyed all the activities. Food was amazing. First day I was a little bit disappointed by the size of the bathrooom (let's be clear it's not very smalll, but not so big than in other hotels of this category) but after the amazing service I observed at the front desk, at the restaurant, at the pool, at the kids club, at the spa ... I totally forgot the size of the bathroom which is in fact the smallest detail of our experience. We will return for sure, with our daughter, we had so much fun, relaxing holidays, so much lovely little intentions, thank you for making our stay so nice.

Huge and imposing building which takes some navigating, very nice first room with view straight out over the gardens to the sea. On our return we were rather cramped with a disappointing view over the Chinese restaurant mountain behind, rather than the booked sea view, but for an overnight stay it did not matter. The staff are all very charming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the grill restaurant is also good, with tables charmingly set in the sand. The beach is clean and peaceful, and the main pool is very attractive with its palm trees. The sun beds are very comfortable, and the beach staff are on hand with towels and cold water.The spa is well designed, and set quietly on the edge of the property. The whole hotel complex is set in its own bay, well removed from the city, but within easy taxi access. All this comes at a price.
