Just alright
Expectations were high, especially seeing it was Christmas, so maybe I was hoping for more. Everything was just okay. Staff were mostly friendly, but only ones to make us feel welcomed were cleaning and maintenance staff. They went above and beyond, but front desk staff were just mediocre. Rooms were decent, but nothing special. Bathrooms are oddly configured, but everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room amenities and tv are below average. I would have no problem staying here again in the future, but I would definitely pay a little more and try a different hotel. Other Banff hotels I have stayed at previously far exceeded this experience.

Great hotel!
Hotel was lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Indoor hot pool is really nice! Underground parking is helpful during the cold months. Not too far from downtown Banff. Front desk staff weren't very friendly but sufficient for check-in and out.
