Was here on a solo trip my book my room was not aware that it was two different sides. What I book was for the family side when I arrived to the all suite side I was scammed into pan $450 to upgrade to the adult side by being misled by misinformation, saying that there was no adult bars on a family side, and that there was no restaurants on the family side, which was not true because there are bars and restaurants on the family side. I mislaid and had to come out of pocket for $459 when I already paid for the family side. That is not OK I visit often and this by far was my worst experience at this resort I would suggest that you all let your staff know to be truthful when people are checking in because all the adult excitement was on the family side
