It was ok
Brand new property, it looks nice, but the finishings are already falling apart. Walls are paper thin, expect to hear neighbours stomping around and water leaking in the walls. They don't provide enough dishwasher pucks, cutlery, laundry detergent or toilet paper. At check in, you can request a drying rack for your clothes. I never received one. There is no closet or drawers to put your clothes, you must live out of your luggage. The solo rooms are dark and face the parking lot. Only worth staying here if you are in a group and get one of the larger, nicer rooms. Parking is far from the room so you have to carry your stuff a long way. The location was nice, right on the river. But it was expensive for what you get.
