Hotels.com was a horrible & miserable experience. Took our money.. gave us a confirmation number.. arrived at 2am and no rooms available. Then we had to spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to receive a refund which they said 8-10 business days but never received a confirmation email of their refund process.. we were left to figure out a new hotel on our own while they still had $194 of our money tied up. Still haven't received our refund yet.. fk you Hotels.com!
It was terrible. First I was sent to another hotel. Another Extended Stay. It was dirty. No conviences in the room like a coffee pot etc. It said to request them from the front desk. Everytime we went to the desk...NO ONE was around. Will not stay there again
I booked a week in advance. I got a call the day-of check in stating they were full and did not have a room for us any more. When I phoned the hotel back to inquire, they said the manager said to disregard and there would be a room when we arrived. I notified of a late check-in potential of midnight. When we were given room keys, the door turned green but wouldnât open. Eventually it did, and there were other occupants already in the room. I was not given a call from the manager to discuss.
Holy crap! The room wasn't ready at 9:30 pm when we arrived. After they made it "ready" it wasn't even remotely clean. I am not sure they own a vacuum.
Went because they had free breakfast. No shuttle service to/from nearest transportation makes for a 1hr 20min walk from the gold line. Showed up and was informed I had the last clean room because of staffing issues. Only 3 of 7 rooms required to fulfill reservations for the day got cleaned that day so 4 people had to get called after I showed up to be informed about not having a room. Despite their admission of being short staffed when I inquired about if they were hiring I was told no. Odd
Fast forward to the next morning, I wake up for breakfast and I'm told by the front desk it didn't show up today. I was eventually given a tiny frozen muffin and told to microwave it. Asked for a late check out and was given 1 hour even though they had at least 4 rooms from the previous day before they could start that days room.
We checked in and went to the room and were surprised to see the condition of the room. There was mold in the bathroom and the smoke alarm was wrapped in a plastic bag in the ceiling. I went to the front desk and mentioned the issues. We left, but fortunately we were able to get a refund.
Allowing section 8 people to live there destroys the property. Parking lot is overflowing.
No place for people traveling.

I've stayed at Extended stay various locations 20 out of the last 30 days - this property is an embarrassment to the brand. First of all states free breakfast?? There is never even a dry muffin available - lucky if coffee is ever brewed- then the reason I stay is for the kitchen - I asked for utensils etc to cook a meal I had already purchased- the only items they had to offer were 2 butter knives - nothing else not even a kitchen towel - they ran out of toilet paper - I had to run to the store to have a roll in my room - my ladt dtay the first morning early - staff walked right into my room no knocking no nothing saying they thought it was a vacant room but I had judt been to the fromt desk to extend my stay, then the last 2 hours before checkout were ruined by a false fire alarm - u can wait at the front desk for sometime before being helped or seeing anyone- the second morning we were awakened by a knock on the door needing to do a room inspection?? For what ? I had stayed two nights and was checking out in an hour and a half - do inspections on those rooms staying a week or longer first then do the vacant rooms after checkout - service is terrible never any clean towels available - my stay was uncomfortable and felt as if staff were entering my room when I was gone ,- Again an embarrassment to the brand - will not stay here again and possibly not at an Extended stay property . Waste of my time n money
I booked my room a week in advance, everything was confirmed. The day of travelling to the hotel they called me and said they had no rooms for me, the man said he would call another hotel and see if they can accommodate me. After an hour he called me back and told me they made a mistake and they still have a room for me. We drove 13hrs to get there, once we arrived the front staff informed me they no longer have a room AGAIN. In my 47 years on this planet I donât think I have ever encountered such incompetence from a hotel, I will never choose this chain of hotels ever again, very disappointed. They didnât even try to make it right with a voucher or anything. Terrible customer service.
I have stayed for 10 weeks, my room has been cleaned twice, even after complaining. They dont plow. They dont have coffee every morning. Breakfast is nutrigrain bar, muffins, oatmeal.
