We booked this room last minute because our power was out & we both had to work the next day. I booked the room under MY name, with MY credit card. My husband arrived first, got his parking pass, & let the woman at the front desk know I'd also have a car. I just needed to get a pass when I got there. After I carried my bag upstairs (down a hallway that smelled funky) I went down to get my pass. Gave her my room number, she asked for my ID, which I didn't have on me. I told her the room was in my name, and it was my credit card number on file. "Sorry, but we only have [hubby's name] ID on file." Whatever. I figured I'd deal with it when I got back from running errands so I just asked if I could get a hand towel since all they had in the room was 2 wash cloths & 2 bath towels. (It's hard to dry off with a towel that's already wet, & we'd already had to clean up a small spill with toilet paper because the kitchenette didn't even have paper towels.) "We don't have hand towels." So I asked for another bath towel. "Our policy is no, but whatever." When I got back later & stopped by the front desk with my ID to get my parking pass, she told me, "I don't need your ID for that." Um, you told me earlier that you did. "I never told you that." I told her, "Yes, you did. I came down earlier to get my pass & you wouldn't give it to me because I didn't have my ID." "Oh yeah." Her attitude was obnoxious, like I was disturbing her by requiring her to do her job. I do not recommend this place.
