We didnt get to stay. They claimed that the suite i had reserved was no longer available. They offered to get me setup into a lower room with two queen beds and i said if you comp my valet. They refused. Looks like they were only interested in heping themselves. I have been a loyal customer of this hotel for years so i am overly disappointed in the hotel. But hotel contessa actually made up for it. $400 cheaper and extremely welcoming. I've found a new hotel in San Antonio. They also trued to blame Hotels.com. i told them Hotels.com only knows what is available from st anthony telling them. Poor excuse.
