The listed amenities at both hotels.com and the location’s website did not match what we received. Hotels.com did not indicate the location was under renovation. The hotel had an unpleasant smell. There were no towels when we got to our room. We were able to get two sets of towels from the front desk, but there were three of us. We went back for more towels four times, but they never had another set available. There was no coffee maker in the room, though it was a listed amenity. The sofa bed was unusable. There were no dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, or cooking equipment. There were broken light fixtures. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were fine. It was reasonably quiet. The staff tried, but they simply did not have what was needed (towels). All of the issues are possibly explained by the heatwave and ongoing renovation. It is essential that hotels.com update the information about this location. (June, 2025)
