Bugs Everywhere
Not sure why this place has an 8.0 rating. The front desk staff at check-in was very friendly. The rooms are run down and need updating. My room smelled like cigarettes, even though they’re supposed to be non-smoking. The bed was clean and comfortable. My first night was uneventful. After returning to my room the second morning after working a night shift at a local hospital, I noticed little black bugs on the nightstand and in the bathroom. There was no open food in my room at the time, so I thought it was strange, but I just got rid of them and continued getting ready for bed. I, then, noticed multiple cockroaches in the floor and on the desk near the TV. At that point, I packed my things, checked out early, and left. I can put up with a lot of things, but cockroaches are not one of them. I would rather sleep in my car.
