The service of the bare minimum
When we checked in, we didn’t get any information about where the breakfast area was and about the timing of the breakfast (we figured it out on our own that it was mentioned in the cardholder). Our check in did not felt welcoming at all. Service during breakfast around 9:45-10:30 was almost non existent compared to breakfast earlier in the morning from 08 to 9:30. So we rescheduled our breakfast time in order to get the feeling of service that are 5 star worthy. Last but not least, we were asked to wait in line for a table, and another couple came in after us and joined the queue. They got a table before we did, when we were first in line… not ok!
When we asked the reception about sightseeing she just mentioned all the classic sightseeing, where we would expect she could mention something out of the regular.. When we asked again and again for other things to see in the city, the receptionist almost seemed like she got irritated. Since it’s a 5 star hotel, we expected a little bit more than just the bare minimum.
