The room is truly spacious and clean with two beds in separate rooms, renovated with good taste, the one bath room is not quite a match in size and decor to such space.
Guests have to accept valet parking if want to park with the hotel and the charge is 20 instead of 15 as advertised, 5 buck is no big deal, but when asked about the price difference and showed concern of car’s safety (my car’s steering wheel and gear shifting are different from most cars), the checkin staff gave an vibe/attitude of “take it or leave it, your car is nothing special to us why concern so much”, credit card verification felt like interrogation how name not matching. The whole check in got an undertone of power struggle, subtle but enough to make guest uncomfortable esp arrived after long tired ride, when it’s really just about Guests’ common concerns like safety property price verification, which should be handled more professionally as a common practise in hotel industry.
During the stay I found communicating through message was quick and easy and staffs were able to fetch things from car trunk and charge my car at the end of day.
When booking saw a rating of 9.4 of our room and we had high expectation, but based on my experience over the years I have to say the service and room received in this trip stands probably an 8 or less and check in part is unpleasant which I never found in other similar level hotels.
