Wouldn’t stay again
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite as we like to have separate sleeping areas for our son, one of the bedrooms had no heat and was freezing all night long. It felt like it was just blowing cold air which was even worse.
We called down for extra blankets and have always had someone bring them up in any other hotel we have stayed in, but we were asked to go down and get them(not a big deal, but odd).
Both bedroom alarms went off, waking everyone, one at 5am and one at 6am. I have never had this happen, so never thought I would need to double check alarm clocks in a hotel room.
One of the bathtubs didn’t drain and had floating dirty water sitting. The other tub didn’t have a plug for a bath for our kiddo. The shower rod in one bathroom was hanging off the broken tiles ready to fall any minute.
The microwave in the little kitchenette did not work.
The space was ideal for what we needed, but for the price we paid, the quality was not up to par. Overall stay with all those things made it unenjoyable. Would definitely not return.
