This unit has spacious cozy living room, sofa, coffee table, flat screen Tv, free unlimited internet (100 Mbps), dining table, organized kitchen, washing machine and much more. All bedrooms are air conditioned & ceiling fans. Both bathrooms are equipped with water heather and complimentary toiletries-body shampoo, hair shampoo, toilet rolls & towels. There is a car park in the compound of the condominium. Street parking available at your own risk.
The condo provides a variety of facilities for its residents, which include swimming pool, gymnasium, landscape garden, community hall, visitor's carparks etcc. Safety of the area is ensured through 24-hour security system.
Wet market (daily) & night market (every Tuesday) is only 9 minutes (drive). Restaurants, cafes and seafood restaurants in Tg Bungah area are within 5 minutes (drive).
A 8 minutes (walk) to the main road to catch the Rapid bus service to town or Batu Ferringhi. For those who drives, it will take around 13 minutes to Tesco & Straits Quay, 24 minutes (drive) to shopping malls - Gurney Plaza/ Gurney Paragon, 30 minutes (drive) to Penang heritage area. It is a mere 15 minutes (drive) to the bustling Bt Ferringhi night market and tourist spots.
As host staying 10 minutes (drive) away, we will always be around to help. We can be reached by cellphone, text, watsapp, we_chat, facebook and e-mail. Please do not hesitate to contact us for information and assistance during your stay.
