We made a room reservation for a girls trip to a concert this week. The parking lot was well lit, the staff was so kind and the rooms were very clean! I was actually surprised with how big the rooms were. We got in late so it was nice having the fridge and microwave to heat up left over lunch. Will stay again!

Awful experience
I do not recommend this hotel. I went to ask the front desk about some extra charges that I had not authorized and the person who seemed to be the manager disrespectfully told me, with an aggressive attitude, that he would not do any more business with us because I claimed some extra charges made to my credit card that I did not authorize. Additionally, I do not recommend this hotel because the bed is uncomfortable, they do not provide room service and the room had cockroaches. For breakfast they have scrambled eggs and sausage, but they are cold, bad, and always the same. They do not pick up the trash, they do not change the towels and they get upset if you ask for toilet paper. The pool is out of service, without notifying you at the time of reservation.

We stayed just one night and checked in at around 1030 PM. We left at 0630 the next day. In that short amount of time we saw three cockroaches. We notified the front desk and hardly got an apology of any kind. All they said was that they would take a note of it. Also disappointed there were no hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
