All good, but...
I think we had a great time on this trip and though we didn't spend much time in the room, the location and general comfort of the hotel was better than we expected. The room was lovely and had everything we needed except one thing I will note below. So, a big win on almost everything.
The negatives fall into a couple minor things and it is enough to feel a sense of frustration that is low overall.
1. We were given an inside room which means we had no view... not sure if there was an alternative but we were not given one. I would have preferred an outside room.
2. I emailed the property before we left to ask about an amenity to celebrate our wedding anniversary and no one responded. There wasn't even an acknowledgement of it at the desk... so that felt like a mis-step.
Otherwise, it was all quite lovely. So, only minor inconveniences.
