The good: Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, great location.
Front Desk: When it was time to check out, we told the front desk to have our car brought around and our bags taken out. The girl walked away with our bags, but the car was never ready so we decided to get coffee. When we were finished with coffee we came out to inquire about our car, the girl appeared with my 4 bags and brought them to me and set them at my feet. I was puzzled, so I picked them all up and went to the valet, where I proceeded to wait and wait. When valet finally arrived, I told him I was checking out and asked for my car. He ripped the yellow ticket from my keychain and handed me my own car keys, so I could go get my own car and put my own bags into the car. I was very confused but went to go hunt down my car in the valet lot. Immediately after he gave me my own keys to go valet my own vehicle, the couple behind me was greeted kindly and he ran off to get their car for them and put their bags in the car for them.
Rude wakeup: We were only in the room for one night, typically no need for housekeeping. We were shocked when a cleaning woman barged into the room at 8 AM after we had been up all night at a concert.
Restaurant: We discovered there was no way to make a reservation for dinner, and the front desk staff we're surprised that we would even think about trying because apparently the restaurant is so exclusive. Phone calls to the restaurant were unanswered.
