The lobby clerk had a poor attitude. First place I stayed where the property is serviced by different companies and if you arent in 1 of 60 rooms, the clerk does not gaf. He will dismiss your concerns and not care. His reference to Vacasa was at least a starting point . I tried the text chat option and moved to calling whwn i got no response in 15 min. The call waiting was about 15 as well(BTW, text response came 2.5 hours later). My problem you ask? I had no idea i needed a code for the garage and a code to grt in my room or what my room # was. Lamps were unplugged, TVs in rooms didnt work. Main TV in living room wouldn't get off of Netflix and I'm not entering my access info on another device i don't own. So, no TV. Door handle to balcony was coming off, fluid master in one bathroom was faulty, holes in front door where lock was changed but screw holes werent covered. Definitely not worth the cost
