We had to stay a night near airport due to a flight delay. It was brutally cold that night and we stood waiting for the airport shuttle for a long time. When I called the front desk to ask about it, they said we were at the wrong gate and should be at C and not B. Anyway, we had a disabled person in a wheelchair and had already gone a great distance to get to what the airport termed the "hotel" pickup. I just wish there was more guidance from the hotel...maybe a follow up email upon registration.....to tell exactly where and how to get the shuttle. It is very difficult when you have luggage and a wheelchair you are trying to navigate. We ended up having to pay for an Uber instead. We also usually get free waters at check-in from other Hiltons but this one did not offer that as a Hilton Honors Program member.
