My family and I would love to thank all the staff here that made our stay here relaxing. We stayed from September 15th - 20th 2024. Everyone was beyond helpful from when we arrived (timely rides) until the end (answering questions, requests etc.) In particular, we'd like to thank the following people who had excellent customer service: Roberto and Roxana (bartenders from the pool), Jair (direct concierge contact), Ceasar (who assisted us with our luggage upon arrival) Rosaura and Axel (during our morning breakfast at Malva), and Elizabeth, the chef at Cielo. The service here was on point from everyone, but these were the people that we continuously interacted with during our stay.
My family and I loved the variety of food that was offered here! We felt like we were getting a taste of Mexico in each restaurant. The only thing we wish there was more of, was visible printed/picture allergy cautions on the menu or next to the food items during the breakfast buffet (e.g.,"contain peanuts", "contains dairy" etc.).
One area that could use improvement was the music. Music is a special cultural component that allows people to experience culture more. It was great to see a mariachi band on 9/15. Disappointingly, this was the extent of celebrating such an important date. A side of Cumbias or Spanish music every once in a while would have been great with our tequila.
Other than that, everything was great and we'll consider coming back to this adult-only resort.
