Great stay in the village !
We had a great stay here, from early check-in to a room upgrade and super friendly from desk staff. This place was awesome. We loved the in-room fireplace ! A couple upgrades are in order : The in-room shower could use an upgrade as it has zero water pressure and you can have either lava hot or ice cold, but nothing in between. The hot tub was nice and hot, I only wish we could see outside and enjoy looking at the faking snow, but they have the windows frosted so you can’t see out.

Fall Getaway in Whistler
The hotel is kept nicely. Clean, well maintained and eco-friendly. The refillable beautiful water bottle which you can fill with flat or sparkling water was a nice feature. Hotel was located right in the village and walking distance to everything. I would recommend for a nice comfy stay!

This property is in a great location in the heart of the village. It was very convenient to access the shops and the sites. The property is very outdated. The bathroom is old and dated and overall the room itself needs to be updated also. We also requested more towels at approximately 6pm and no one showed up until 10:30pm when we had gone to bed. This was the only concern regarding the service.
