Had to wait a few minutes at the desk to check in. Arrived 1hr early as we drove from out of state and had to wait about 30min for our room. I asked about late check out as it was for a cheer competition and I was worried about getting my daughter ready and I was told they really didn't like guests past 1130am even though I over heard the guests that checked in ahead of me got till 12pm. Breakfast was just muffins, granola bars, and coffee or tea. Room was great, clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. However the fridge made noise all night whenever it came on and the fan in the bathroom stayed on all the time so that was annoying. Curtains would be nice along with the shade so we can get sunlight with seeing directly in the room. Overall great stay.

For the price this is great! My dgtr and I were there for a sports tournament in the city this hotel is 8 mins from convention center. It was clean, full size fridge, micro stove. We stayed 3 days. No complaints

Lives up to the name!
I needed a place to stay for a work assignment. I wear scrubs and need to wash laundry frequently. I tried the Hilton downtown and was disappointed, also because i had to pay extra for parking there. This place had well lit free parking, adequate laundry services and the staff was friendly. Perfect for a longer stay.

Dont waste your time
The check in person was very friendly and nice. When i got to the room, there was dirty tissues or rags on the counter top near the stove. I went to close the shade and there was some guy out front my window jumping up onto the electrical box. Scared the crap out of me. The neighbors next door where loud and noisy. Banging around the doors or cabinets, loud music, jumping off stuff causing my bed to shake..etc I called front desk multiple times and told them about what was happening. After they talked to them, there went nuts and made even more noise. I asked to be switched to a different room and was told i would have to pay more out of pocket in order to move. Woke up to some guy smoking pot outside my room and the neighbors still making noise throughout the night. This was the worst night ever and got no sleep. I had a show to do the next day. I told the front desk person that i would never ever stay at this place again. She told me the could have moved me at no cost and the other person never reported my complaint. Then she said she would talk to management to see what they could do for me. That was a lie, still haven't heard back from them. Stay somewhere else, dont waste the money!
