We stayed at the resort for our wedding weekend and found the stay to be good overall. Our room’s A/C did not work for the first two days of our stay, so that was disappointing but the front desk gave us a free breakfast to offset the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, just seemed like there was no sense of urgency to try and fix the A/C issue.

It was a beautiful place, but if you don’t have a car, the valet service to take you around the property can be a little unorganized. The front desk was attentive and nice. The person answering the phone when calling the front desk was unfriendly. Very curt. The food was ok. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable but I could not get the tv Comcast to work no matter how many phone calls or troubleshooting. Overall a fine experience.
