Hotel Casino Morelia

Since the moment I made my first contact with the hotel personnel he was a very helpful and very kind I have a great service from Diego Serratos, he did everything on his hands to make my stay a great experience to the point that they put flowers and nice decoration for my arrival with my wife. The room was facing the street and were able to see the cathedral from my balcony and was able to hear the live music from the restaurants beside, I enjoy every minute in there the only one thing is that does not have air conditioner 😔 They have a ballet parking They provide with a face mask and hand sanitizer The continental breakfast was enough for me me I was planning in order something but was not hungry any more I defenetly return again. Thanks for everything Im a very happy customer

Size of room is a lot smaller than stated. Expedia shows 297SqFt for queen bed with balcony and room and bathroom measure 230-250 SqFt. Staff was accommodating and informed me that all balcony rooms were the same size but provided me with a larger room that did not have a balcony and I was charged the same amount. Over stay was nice but if I knew the rooms were smaller than advertised, I would have selected a different hotel.

Great Hotel right in front of the cathedral ! Morelia is such a beautiful city can't wait to go back and definitely will stay in this hotel!

The staff were exceptional and so helpful and accommodating to our every need. The bed was comfortable. But quite frankly, the hotel overall is fine for a quick stay such as our stay was. Otherwise if you expect more than a motel like hotel room w/super basic accommodations then you will be disappointed. Otherwise the location was excellent.

The beds were comfortable and the room noise level relatively quiet. WiFi spotty in the room. Beware that if you pay extra for 'breakfast' it is Continental not a full breakfast but you can add on, the Continental items being deducted when totaled. Location was great being right across from the Cathedral and plaza. Great hotel restaurant. I, choosing veg options and my husband choosing meat option were both happy. Room was clean but beware, it's a very old, albeit charming, building, the bathroom was quite smelly and TP cannot be flushed (I asked). All in all, I would stay again and even if we stayed elsewhere, we would dine there again and again.

It is in a central location. Parking is a bit far.

Nice hotel. Small rooms but really Comfortable beds. Food restaurant was delicious.

The location was perfect; across from the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and efficient.

All is perfect, but I prefer Quinn size bed. It,s gorgeous, and the cousin is the best.
