Rooms were dusty, bedding was clean, but very dusty. I think they wash the bedding after someone stays and leave it on the bed. They don't wash again before you get there, so it gathers dust. Couldn't sleep properly from hay fever. Things were falling from the roof onto your pillow - thatch roof. No toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo. Inside the microwave- on the inner top side was filthy - food had obviously been warmed up without a lid. Fridge was dirty. One room's bed had a bump in it, so when you sleep, you almost fall off the bed. Urine on the toilet seat. Air conditioner remote had no batteries. I don't think they clean or check the rooms before guests arrive. No dustbin in the room.
Reception was shocking - she didn't understand a word I said and even though I showed her my confirmation of booking and payment, she refused to give me the room until she got hold of the owner. I had to wait until she eventually got hold of him to confirm I had paid.
One of the rooms had a double bed and a single bed - we booked the room with a double bed only, but this is the room they gave us. The receptionist told us we're not allowed to sleep on the single bed because we didn't book it!
They have a sign with 4 stars from the Tourism Agency, but those stars were probably from the previous Hotel. Those stars should be removed!
