Oh what a night
We Checked in and Everything was GREAT until Jan 2nd to Jan 3rd.
About 12:31am (midnight) the fire alarm system was triggered and inform everyone about the emergency. Due to a burst pipe burst. The fire response team fire fighters. Everyone in the property and the hotel had to be evacuated to the lobby. This went on until 1:15ish. When getting ready to depart the hotel at 6:30am on Jan 3rd, the hotel had no running water. Upon checkout the front desk receptionist informed me that the manager will contact us to offer us a refund on the night’s stay. I had two rooms book room 630 and 632 Adjoining rooms. The front desk receptionist informed me to reach out to HOTELS.com regarding my experience at the hotel.

It’s a great hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our only complain would be the line to the breakfast room - up to a 1/2 hour. I understand it was a busy time but they should adjust. Maybe have two serving stations. Food was good when we actually did eat there.

Run don’t book here
Terrible and will NOT be booking with this hotel EVER again. They NEVER answer the phone, they don get back to you, our car got broken into and they had no sympathy even though we pay 20 a day for parking. Staff clearly are not in the hospitality field.

This hotel was great for what we needed. Good location across from a big mall with plenty food options, good breakfast and nice size room for the 6 of us. Convenient access to get to NY. Would stay here again.

Staff were either absent or completely disinterested. Rooms were ok but showing signs of wear and not totally clean.
Embassy Suites across the street kind enough to provide shuttle when Hampton one didn’t turn up.
