Will Stay Again!
The hotel staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable. There were lots of amenities to keep my 7 and 9 year olds busy (basketball, mini golf, ping pong, etc) in addition to the great pool area and of course the beach front. The hotel itself may be starting to show it's age a bit, but the room was clean and comfortable - with full kitchen access. If you are planning to leave the resort, you will need a vehicle to get around and see other parts of the island.

Need more employees at the restaurant and would be good if they have an attendant in the pool area for food and drinks. Customer oriented Ms @Luisa at Housekeeping and Jose or Jason at Front Desk. Resort is smoke free- but neighbors where smoking at night.

Bad service, poor management
Service provided at front desk, especially from the manager very poor. We were told I needed to wait for our room--a double room because the house keepers were not ready. When asked how long we needed to wait when check-in supposed to be at 4pm, the manager stated she has no clue, it all depended how fast the ladies cleaning the room will take...could be 2, or 3, or 4hrs,...noticed every person Checking that day needed to wait for hours. I was very disgusted and asked if this was an everyday issue, and the front desk person, replied..."pretty much"...I finally got my room 4 hours later, simply because due to my complaint..."they were trying to move me in first"... To avoid further confrontation, I assumed. hotel was very pretty, but the service sucks. I Will NOT return to this hotel ever again, and I do travel a lot...my worst experience ever, all due to poor customer service and poor communication and leadership from management...they should get training rather soon, on how to work with the clientele and meet expectations timely and assertively, and lastly "get rid off housekeeping" quick they are the one running the hotel, not the management!
