Going through the door with my suitcase rolling across the threshold, it popped out. I reported it after pushing it back in place. Looked like it needed longer screws to go into the cement foundation. I got the question how did that happen from management.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bed coverings had cigarette burns in them. They don’t make the bed you have to do it. The floors need to be swept, vacuum, and mopped because when you shower your feet prints are black in the tub. The shower puts out tepid to lukewarm water at best. The towels have holes in them. The dryer needs to be repaired or replaced, they have a rubber glove stuck in the vent so it won’t suck your clothes in it so it doesn’t dry clothes. The breakfast was cold cereal/milk, yogurt, egg disk on a paper towel, maybe muffins, cinnamon rolls, if you get there early. The orange juice was good. There is a QT gas station across the street and a good fast food Mexican restaurant right in front of the Econolodge. This is an older building that needs maintenance.
