The rooms are great. The location is convenient to the freeway, Costco, the mall… and there are good food options in the area.
We stayed in a two bedroom suite, the hot water did not work in one bathroom, they responded quickly and fixed it in less than 15 minutes.
The only uncomfortable factor is that a lot of people seem to live here. There is a lot of loitering around, people working on their cars, standing around smoking in the common outside areas, dogs wandering around off-leash. Occasionally, we could smell marijuana coming from the door of the adjoining suite. It felt more like an apartment building than a hotel.
The pool was very full of minimally supervised children the three days that we were there. It was frustrating because it was the adults with them who would monopolize the chairs and tables and kept trying to take our pool towels (which you have to sign out and return to the front desk —where they are counted). It was a battle of wills asking for them to give up a little space in what they clearly considered their own pool. The front desk folks were lovely, helpful people but they were clearly intimidated by the “residents”.
