Motel 6 could not find our reservation through hotels.com. Rather than trying to help us, they made it our problem and we had to contact hotels.com and try to work it out. Omar called the hotel and accepted that the Manager (Gary) could not find our reservation and left us with the choice to rebook somewhere else or get a refund. We were traveling with someone else so staying elsewhere wasnât an option. Celeste (front desk) asked for Omar to call back but he said he was busy and couldnât call again. Gary eventually agreed to honor the reservation at the same rate and we got a room. Once we got to the room the bed was horrible and the sheets had stains on them! The towels were so thin they barely dried your hands!
I highly recommend finding another place to stay and booking directly with the hotel. Hotels.com was not helpful and did not offer much customer support
The place is dying of a thorough removation! The 2nd flloor landing isnt even! Its unsafe i feel it might collapse anytime. The linens looks dirty white & smells cigarette ( hope they use linens for the non smoking rooms) its just worth the price. There is a lady that lives down us looks like a longterm resident & looking creepy & unkept!
lady at desk was abrupt..the only thing about this place i would stay again for is the water pressure in our room happened to be ridiculously good. a room 2 doors down the pressure was not good. do not stay here...stay farrrr away
Noisy tenants above 1st 2 nights ..went to office and were moved rather than fix the issue, to a room upstairs with a smaller tv and desk so no clothes shelves...shower was moldy..nither bathroom door would close..the tub had 1/2 the coating off on both units...floors in both were so dirty your feet would turn black...so 1st 2 nights almost no sleep as whomever was above never slept and stomped and argued only to have to uproot 1/2 way through our vacation to a lesser room upstairs even...i paid extra for early check-in np...lady said she would tell the manager, however never heard a word...that wss our 3rd time at this hotel and will definitely be our last there and probably any motel 6
Hotel was close to Lego land and close to different options for dining. Hotel room was clean and great for the price. However it seamed that there was a room which looked to have a patron living there⊠the curtain was stained yellow from cigarette smoke. Also while we were there, in one of the rooms a few doors down, people were getting arrested and the CSI team was called out to the scene. Not sure what happened, but it sure made for a scary situation.
Nothing great other than the location. Right next to Costco and Legoland. Tons of restaurants nearby. Surprisingly the pool was clean and a small family actually swam in it when we were there. It was inconvenient to borrow the hairdryer by swapping your ID at the front desk. We only borrowed one time not worth borrowing again. Walls were thin, loud running water from other side and people talking out front late in the evening. Would stay again because the location is just that good.
Black mold in the front door. The smell was terrible due to the mold. The bed was filled with hair. The bed sheet covers had burns from cigarette. Please book in advance to another hotel.
This was such a great stay !! Close to lots of eating establishments and close walking distance to Legoland .. was uphill walking but downhill back !! Saved $35 parking
