Door Would not Lock
The room was decent. No frills to be sure, but expected for the price. My review is "poor" because my door was left unlocked when the room service came in while I was gone. The only service was to collect one used towel and my bath mat, neither of which were replaced. The master key card used by cleaning staff unlocked my door and it was not relocked. I was out of the room all day, and my room was open to anyone who wanted to go in. There is no evidence anyone did, but still. When I shared this information with the front desk that evening, I was told it would be fixed, but it was not. The desk clerk (very nice by the way) was on the phone on hold with her bank and could not get off to assist that that time. When I checked out the next day, the door lock was still not corrected. Fortunately I could lock myself in the room at night.
