This beautifully maintained cottage sits on the famed Samoset Golf Course, shaded by mature maple trees and overlooking one of the course's pristine fairways. The townhouse also has the benefit of being close to a number of nearby attractions, from the beautiful Breakwater Lighthouse in Rockland Harbor to the vibrant downtowns of Rockland and Camden.
Recently renovated, Fairway Cottage features an abundance of natural light, hardwood floors, and a thoughtful layout that provides for great entertainment space as well as privacy. Enter into a lovely, marbled entryway with vaulted ceilings and a half-bath. The first floor features a chic and modern kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the dining area and the comfortably furnished living room. The living room has French doors that open to a covered porch with rocking chairs for lounging and a patio set for outdoor seating.
The primary bedroom is also on the first floor, offering an en suite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and private access to the outdoor living space. The laundry area is located on this floor as well. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, including a bedroom with an area that allows for the addition of a Pack 'N Play or a small toddler bed for families that may need some extra space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
