Horrible Handicap Experience
Reservation was made for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and handicap accessibility - We arrived around 8:30 pm and the front desk lady said that I did not have a reservation for the above mentioned rooms. I checked my hotels.com reservation information and confirmed that I had made that reservation correctly on my end. She was dismissive and stated that the rooms that she had me in - one was upstairs and the other was a single king room with no handicap accessibility. I asked her why the reservation for the correct rooms was not done and she stated that the other people in the handicap rooms had reservations. My response was so did I - however she had nothing to say - no apologizes - just this is what I have take it or leave it. So when I told her I needed both of those rooms at the very least to be downstairs - she did do that - but absolutely let me know of her irritation in doing so because the rooms had already been assigned.
To be clear I did show her the confirmed reservation where it said handicap accessible 2 queen bed rooms - her response the whole time was it did not matter.
I wont even start on the credit card charges that was not approved and that she could not do a refund and charge the correct card! Please be aware when staying at this particular Super 8 -
