Unfortunately we did not have a good experience staying at this hotel.
Firstly, we were told our room was on the first floor. When I tried to use the key to open the door from the lobby to hallway with the rooms, I realised anyone could access this area and you didn’t need a key. When we went into the room I found it to be tiny and dirty for what we paid for. I don’t usually complain, but I couldn’t have slept in that room. So I went to reception and thankfully the lady at the front desk put us in an accessible room which was a bit bigger, however still had the bed up against the wall (so if you are in a couple, one of you has to crawl over your partner if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night). The water pressure in the shower was horrible, wasn’t sure I could even wash my hair but managed to. The hotel and rooms seem dirty- likely because they don’t do regular room cleans unless guests specifically request. There was no hairdryer in the room (which is fine, it happens) but when we asked for one to be brought to the room, my partner had to call twice as it took so long. By the time it arrived my hair was already dry. Worst of all though was on the first night when we were asleep and were woken at around 3am by what sounded like an old rackety washing machine in our room. There was a vent in the roof that the noise was coming from. Unsure if it was the bathroom in the room above us or not, but it was so loud that I recorded it in disbelief.
