Nice place

Great shower in room 112. The only issue I had was no breakfast was really being served. I have a problem with these hotels reducing services but not reducing pricing. If you feel you cannot perform those services then reduce your price or stop advertising that you are giving a full breakfast as part of the stay. I would not consider a little bag of whatever to be considered a breakfast.

The ceiling and walls are paper thin . Guests above my room sounded like a group of elephants moving furniture until 1 am and then back up early taking showers which it sounds fed like I was in shower with them . Worse hotel room I have ever stayed in and I’m 62 and have stayed in many different hotels including other comfort inn & suites . Definitely not worth $130 I’m exhaust might have slept 2 hours

Won’t stay at this location again

No carpet in rooms so no sound dampening, noise from plumbing was very loud, walls seem paper thin as far as keeping out sound , breakfast on the go was mostly junk food, and no to in room - had to ask 3 times then go to front desk to get it. This hotel did not seem that it was originally a Country Inn, as I have never had problems at their other hotels.

Customer Service nice but Unknowing

The area is nice and quiet, the CSR upon checkin was nice but didn't know how to check us in via the way I reserved and paid for my stay online so had ti wait fir someone else to assist him, then the system froze up so that was another wait, They charged my card instead of placing a hold on the money for incidentals so that came out of my account, that didn't happen the first time I stayed with them almost 6months ago so that shorted my cashflow during my stay with them. There was no breakfast this time just coffee that they ran out of, the remote control for the tv in my room was broke and extra filthy luckily I spray with lysol and wipe down things in my rooms since before the pandemic so I literally resanitized my room concentrating on the bed, linens, and bathroom. I travel to the area often and I would stay with them again but I will be reviewing other hotels in my future travels.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Check-in was horrible!!!! The gentleman that checked me in was very unprofessional. He was stuck in between checking me in and watching something on his computer screen. I didn't have $100 on the card that I used to book the hotel with originally so he said it will be $250 if I paid cash. I gave the clerk 3 $100 bills and he proceeded to put the full amount $300 in a envelope. He gave me a form to sign stating that I paid $250. I then asked for my $50 change. He handed me $50 and then proceeded to count and balance his register and realize something wasn't right on his end. He called someone on the phone and explained to them the situation with my $50 change and how his register would be short if he gave me my change back. He ended his phone call and said he doesn't have the change to give and said he needed the $50 back. He told me I could drive to a store to get change for one of $100 bills if I wanted. I told him to just keep the $300 for all of that. I gave the $50 back to him and then I crossed the $250 out on the paper that I signed and wrote $300 instead. When everything was signed he then asked for $50 back. I told him I already handed it back to him and he said he didn't have it. I kindly told him to run the cameras back(keep in mind it's my money) Now I'm highly embarrassed because there's at least 3 people behind me listening and waiting as well. He found the $50 after he moved some things around behind the counter. NO APOLOGIES OR ANYTHING WAS OFFERED!!!

Was OK, property did look a little worn, replacement coffee pot wasn't proper one for the maker, sheets too small for the bed and bathroom was a little dog earred. Nice machines in work out room.
