Clearly not a 5 star hotel!
Breakfast- exec lounge: view was amazing but food was not varied, scrambled egg was surely not made from eggs but rather from egg powder.
During check in I asked if we could have a room with view, and I was granted to get one. When we entered our room, it turned out to be one with a view to the inner area. When asked why I was told that I can get a room with view, I was told that I did not book that type. OK, I accept it, but then why was I told to get one??
Bathroom: VERY cold, as there is not heating in it at all! Floor is freezingly cold when barefoot. No toilet brush. Toilet paper holder was damaged, broken, clearly not the first time, as there were holes in the wall near it. In the shower cube there were mold stains all over :-( Shower: warm water came up very slowly, water pressure was OK but could have been more power, or at least adjustable.
Room: Both the sofa bed and the king bed were comfortable, wide. Bedlinen were warm for us, but we liked its material. I liked the lighting system!
Kitchen area: Hot chocolate powder was very delicious! We used plates and mugs, on one day those were not cleaned, and when it was in the dishwasher, those were not clean enough (maybe tablet was missing??).
Building: Noise from other rooms can be disturbing, specially when moving chairs and table. 2 lifts were sometimes not enough, we had to wait 5-10 minutes to go to have breakfast, as everybody was going down..
Check out was quick and easy.
