Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa

Everything was lovely, hotel, staff, location.. Until we had to change plans due to new covid restrictions in the UK and had to return early. The management refused to allow a refund for the nights we couldn’t use. Sad end to a lovely break.

Amazing stay at the Cordial Mogan. So relaxing - the hotel, gardens and pool area really well maintained. Short stroll to the lovely beach. Breakfast and dinner lots of choice and on our first night the chef prepared something for me as I am vegetarian.

Acábamos de llegar de nuestras vacaciones en familia, me ha encantado todo, un personal muy atenten to en cada momento para que no te falta nada, las I stalaciones son preciosas, las habitación es muy amplias y limpias, ha sido una experiencia insuperable, repetiremos seguro.

The gardens were magnificent and Added to the loveliness of the stay at the hotel. Food was very nice and once I got over the surprise of having the same table for supper every night it was nice system.

An impressive hotel. Good rooms, good facilities, two heated outdoor pools (heating is a must in winter), good selection of food at buffet breakfast. We tried dinner once - OK but not exciting. Five mins walk from harbour. Friendly, efficient staff. It's pricey, but probably worth it. But it is huge and it feels a bit like an up-market holiday camp. We had great weather and apparently this valley is known for good winter sun. But I'd prefer somewhere smaller and more intimate next time.

Good position near mogan. Lovely warm pool and reception staff and cleaners great Did not like the meal time dinner in 2 sittings and the hassle about where you sat and then allocating you a table. We like to eat about 7.30 and it was not possible also the food at dinner unless you liked endless red meat was poor . We did not enjoy it at all. Often there was only the end bits when we went in and staff were reluctant to get us more. The pillows were hard and although 3 ones they brought a soft one it was just the same pillow. The acoustic version as noisy do we heard children next door running up and down and shouting in the morning and constant noise from above us. We visited 4 different hotels all 4 stars on our trip to Gran Canaria and this was the least value for money

Lovely grounds and ambiance. Buffet food variable in quality at dinner. No a la carte restaurant now for a served meal.

Superb gardens & pools! Although would prefer it if it had an adult only pool!!! Great location!!

Overall a nice hotel for a few days stay at Puerto Mogan. Just a short stroll to the older and newer part of the port. The hotel is a lot larger than you initially think which is manifested at breakfast. If like most people you arrive between 8.45 and 9.45 it feels a little hectic although the buffet tables are well spread out. Best to arrive early if you can. Staff are generally very pleasant and helpful and as big as the hotel is, apart from breakfast, it does not feel it as there are a lot of green spaces dividing the different room blocks.
