We chose this property, in large part, for the indoor pool. I received two messages from the property after booking. They told me things about the check in process and the restaurants available nearby. They did not, however, mention that they are renovating and the pool is closed. Someone else in my party checked in and found out the pool would not be available. It was far too late at that point for us to find another place to stay that had a working indoor pool. I sent a message to the hotel as soon as i was told about the issue with the pool. They never responded. I sent another message to the parent conpany, Hilton, and requested a response. No one ever got back to me. The room was not nearly nice enough to make up for the lack of promised ammenities and the poor communication from the staff cements that I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.
