Awful awful awful
The hotel is older one but right on the beach. We booked a premier ocran front. The view was amazing. The sounds of the ocean could be heard all night. The bed was comfy.
And that is where the good ends.
Small kitchen with only a fridge, sink and coffee maker that hasnt been cleaned in years. The sofa and chairs hard as a rock.
The toilet is hard to flush and gets backed up constantly.
We had to call maintence for the shower as it wouldnt work. After waiting an hour they came and semi fixed it. We were able to use it at thisnpoint but each time had to pull and twist knobs in a mickey mouse way, as the maintence guy said to do until it can be fixed.
The walls are super thin. We could hear our neighbors entire conversations and tv.
We had to call maintence again because the tv kept losing signal.
The room had a private balcony not so private. Its a small.gate that doesnt lock so we kept having people come in our "private" area. When asked management said yeah it happens.
Valet is $45 a day. And although they were nice, you pay and they literally keep it parked where you park it. Not really valet except they hold your key.
The elevator is a death trap. I wish i were kidding. Its so old, small and made of wood. 2 people fill the elevator and each time it hardly moves, gets stuck for a bit and even drops a little. We ended up taking stairs, much safer.
The pool and spa are disgusting.
Days later they add charges to the card on file and hangup when asked about them
