Simply bad.
Hi,
Let me start with this…. I think they gave my room away because I didn’t check in until 2 days after.
I’ve never stayed one night in a hotel as bad as this one. On top of this whole mess, when I talked to them, they talked to each other in Thai and didn’t even respond to me. Then all they did is handing me the keycard and said “your checkout time tomorrow at noon.”
It’s like they never listened that I couldn’t make it because of flights delayed and missed. I asked if I can get breakfast, even though I paid for 3 nights and I stayed half night, they said “you didn’t pay for breakfast.”
I paid for 3 nights and they didn’t even empathize with this whole thing and me getting to the hotel without sleeping the night before. The breakfast was $3 only. But they couldn’t care less to say no need to pay. Since I paid for 3 nights and staying 1 night.
Bathroom wasn’t clean. Water was cold, room didn’t have view of the lake, even though I paid for lake views, because I was on the 10th floor, where the trees are blocking the lake views. No spoons in the kitchen area ti mix the coffee with milk or sugar.
I honestly never thought I would write such a long article about this hotel. But wow how much I hated this place.
So disappointed.
