Day manager is a moron.
Booked a 2 night stay, found out prior to checking in that a family member had a medical emergency that caused me to return home early. When checking in informed the evening manager who was wonderful, that I would only be staying one night as a result. She told me she would refund the 2nd night since it was still 24hrs before the 2nd day would be used, but that the manager in the morning would have to perform the refund since it was prepaid. Next morning the manager refused. I switched to this hotel for my monthly Vegas trip due to another's recommendation. Will not be using them again. His failure to refund me 1 night has cost them 24 nights annually as a result. Too bad for them, Will now go back to my usual, LA Quinta just down the street. Much better service.
