I accidentally booked a room with the wrong dates and immediately contacted them to fix my mistake. I was given the run around, told to contact hotels.com, and when i did, the representative was told to send an email request to the hotel that whould "get back to ASAP". The hotel never replyed to the email, never contacted me about changing the dates, and effectively just stole my money. Im stuck in the barrie area for over a year for training and will be looking to get a weekend or two a month away to relax, but they arent the only hotel in barrie with jetted tubs and since the hotel didnt see fit to rectify the situation, i will be bringing my business elsewhere
